SMS Privacy and Consent

You may opt in to SMS through a Vitalief Medical Center Facebook Instant Form by reviewing the SMS disclosure, selecting the separate optional SMS checkbox (unchecked by default), and submitting the form. The Spanish checkbox reads “Acepto recibir estos mensajes SMS.” The English checkbox reads “I agree to receive these SMS messages.” The form may be submitted without selecting SMS consent. Providing a phone number, accepting general terms, sharing contact information, or agreeing to Messenger contact alone does not authorize SMS. Only people who affirmatively select SMS consent authorize texts about their inquiry and appointments through this form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or care.

Effective September 23, 2026. When you opt in through a Facebook Instant Form or initiate a text conversation with Vitalief Medical Center at 407-315-1642, we use your mobile number, messages and related consent information to respond to your inquiry, assist with scheduling and provide the resulting appointment confirmation. Our virtual assistant, Ava, may help with these conversations.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers supporting message delivery and customer service may process this information only as necessary to provide those services to Vitalief.

Initiating a text conversation does not enroll you in promotional messaging or unrelated outreach. Separate appropriate consent is required for other messaging programs, including recurring reminders. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving care.

Google Ads and API Use

Vitalief may use Google Ads and the Google Ads API for internal reporting, campaign performance analysis, budget monitoring, conversion tracking review, and approved campaign management tasks. This access is used only for Vitalief Medical Center’s own advertising accounts and is not provided to third parties.

HIPAA and Medical Information

Our website and advertising forms are not intended for emergencies or for submitting sensitive medical information. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Information submitted through general website or advertising forms may not be the same as protected health information collected during patient care. Patient medical records are handled according to applicable healthcare privacy requirements.

Data Protection

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Your Choices

You may contact Vitalief to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have submitted, subject to legal, medical, and operational requirements.
